I wanted to create a fictional community and company with a website and mobile app to show how it would look, feel, and work.
In this project I explore composition, hierarchy, color combinations, and typography.
Style Guide
I opted to use Helvetica Neue as my typeface to make things simple.
Mockup
I wanted to test my creativity with an unconventional layout while still providing basic design principles.
Lessons
Something I kept in mind throughout this design was the spatial awareness. Like most apps and websites a lot of screen space is covered with information but just the right amount. Everything should still flow naturally from left-to-right.
